With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of the icon

The modeling world was left in shock when Sienna Weir, a 23-year-old Australian finalist for Miss Universe, tragically passed away.

A few weeks prior to her death, Sienna was involved in a horseback riding accident that resulted in her being placed on life support. Despite the best efforts of medical professionals, her condition did not improve, and her family and friends had to make the heart-wrenching decision to let her rest in peace.

The accident occurred at the Windsor Polo Grounds on April 2, 2023, when Sienna’s horse fell, causing her severe injuries. She was immediately taken to Westmead Hospital, where she received the best possible care. Despite the medical team’s hard work, they could not save her. A month after the accident, her family decided to take her off life support.

Sienna’s sudden death has left a void in many hearts. People have taken to social media to express their sorrow and honor the talented beauty queen. Her loving boyfriend, Tom Bull, sent her a heartfelt message, saying, “We loved with a love that was more than love.”

Sienna’s last Instagram post, a mirror selfie from April, has become a place for fans and family members to leave beautiful tributes and messages of love. One friend wrote, “Heaven has gained the most beautiful angel today. Oh, Sienna, I will miss everything about you. I adore you.” Those who knew Sienna said she would “light up every room” with her smile and presence, and they felt fortunate to have known her.

Following her untimely death, her management company, Scoop Management, shared some beautiful pictures of her with a touching message: “Forever in our hearts.” Chris Dwyer, a photographer who had worked with Sienna, also posted a picture of her, saying she was one of the nicest people he had ever met.

Sienna Weir was not only a beauty queen but also a highly accomplished individual. She was one of the 27 finalists for the 2022 Australian Miss Universe pageant. In September, she proudly discussed her modeling success in an interview with Gold Coast Magazine. Sienna had spent four years in college, majoring in English literature and psychology at Sydney University.

The death of Sienna Weir is a stark reminder of how short life is. She will always be loved and admired by those who knew her, and she will remain a shining star in the Miss Universe pageant and beyond.
